New Additions Announced for Junction Commons: Tosh’s Ramen and Pandora

PARK CITY, UTAH — [March 26, 2026] — Junction Commons continues its transformation with the announcement of highly anticipated openings that reflect the center’s growing role as a year-round destination for locals and regional visitors. Tosh’s Ramen and Pandora are joining Norstrom Rack, bringing new dining and retail experiences to Park City over the coming months.

Together, these additions mark another milestone in the evolution of Junction Commons from Outlets Park City into a modern hybrid lifestyle center designed around how the community shops, gathers, and spends time today. “These openings reflect the direction Junction Commons is heading,” the spokesperson added. “We’re building a place where everyday errands, great meals, and unexpected finds all live side by side—and where the experience keeps getting better with each new arrival.”

Tosh’s Ramen Opening This August

Construction will begin soon on Tosh’s Ramen, the celebrated Salt Lake City restaurant known for its rich broths, handmade noodles, and devoted following on State Street. The Park City location—opening in August—will be the second Tosh’s Ramen overall and its first expansion outside Salt Lake City.

For many locals, Tosh’s arrival represents something special: a neighborhood favorite making its way into the mountains. “Tosh’s has built a loyal community around its food,” said a Junction Commons spokesperson. “Bringing that same authenticity and comfort to Park City is exactly the kind of experience we’re excited to introduce here.”

Pandora Opening This November

Pandora will begin construction this summer ahead of a November opening – alongside Nordstrom Rack, introducing its globally recognized collection of hand-finished jewelry to Junction Commons. Known for personal storytelling through charms, bracelets, rings, and gifts, Pandora adds another accessible luxury option for shoppers looking for meaningful everyday pieces and special occasion finds alike.

The store will expand Junction Commons’ growing mix of style-forward retailers serving both residents and visitors year-round.
