Outlets Park City Announces Center Refresh and Rebrand

The 35-year-old shopping center will become Junction Commons Park City, with a fresh look
and a continued focus on remerchandising the center.
Park City, UT – June 19, 2024 – Outlets Park City has announced a refresh of the property that will begin this month. Upon completion of the initial scope of work, Outlets Park City will be known as Junction Commons Park City.
NEW LOOK.
Phase One of the refresh construction project will focus on the lower level of the 35-year-old shopping center. Upgrades will include an updated color scheme, new siding, and redesigned center-wide signage. Shoppers will experience various amenity enhancements including a new seating plaza at the main entry. Outlets Park City has hired Sandy, Utah, general contractor Elevation Construction to oversee the work. Elevation Construction anticipates to employ over 50 workers to complete the project by year end.
All stores will remain open throughout the entire project. As part of the façade upgrade process, exterior signage will be temporarily removed from the storefronts but will not impact the shoppers’ ability to access retailers throughout the property.
NEW NAME.
Upon completion later this year, Outlets Park City will become Junction Commons Park City. The new name reflects the commitment to the ever-evolving retailer mix which will continue to feature outlet concepts, full-line national retailers, local boutiques, restaurants, and other service-related businesses.
The center merchandising transformation began last fall with the addition of new shops and restaurants Buckle, Pro Image Sports, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Jersey Mike’s Subs. Continuing the momentum, Bullfrog Spas Factory Stores and Ulta Beauty are expected to open later this year. Local retailers and entrepreneurs will continue to be highlighted at Junction Commons including Beau Collective, Cecelia New York, Blue Sky Nomads, and more.
Senior Vice President of Marketing, Tom Schneck, says, “The retail community is moving to a more hybrid format with many brands like Ulta Beauty leading the way. We see this new direction of luxury brands setting up shop along-side value priced retailers to create great synergy for the community of Park City.” More details about the refresh and renaming of Outlets Park City to Junction Commons Park City can be found at: www.OutletsParkCity.com/Refresh.
