Skechers to Open New Store at Outlets Nags Head in 2026

Nags Head, NC – December 29, 2025 – Outlets Nags Head is excited to announce that Skechers, the global footwear leader known for its innovative comfort technologies and stylish designs, will open a brand-new store at the center in 2026, just in time for the busy summer beach season.

The new Skechers store will occupy 6,709 square feet of prime retail space, replacing the former Champion and Sperry stores. This expansion marks a major milestone for Outlets Nags Head as the center continues to bring in top-tier retailers that appeal to both locals and visitors alike.

Adding to the excitement, Skechers joins the anticipated Spring/Summer 2026 opening of J.Crew Factory at the center. Together, these two prominent brands will bring Outlets Nags Head to 100% leased, further strengthening the center’s position as a premier shopping destination on the Outer Banks.
